Community Safety Forums Across Metro Vancouver
Following three highly successful events in Delta, we are expanding our grassroots initiative to multiple locations across Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. The Community Safety and FireSmart Forum is a completely free educational series empowering residents with practical loss mitigation and property protection strategies.

- Fraud / Scam Awareness - Exposing the Scammer Toolbox
- Emergency Preparedness - Simple steps for gathering practical supplies into a ready-to-go home kit
- Community Safety and Crime Prevention - Local initiatives designed to keep communities safe
- DIY Target Hardening Tips - Simple, low-cost / no cost ideas so would be bandits move on
Community Resource Hub
Visit partner tables during breaks to pick up free checklists, ask quiet questions, and connect one-on-one with local volunteers.
Door Prizes and Food & Refreshments
- Door Prizes - Draws featuring gift cards, Truffle Pig Chocolates, and additional items from local sponsors.
- Complimentary Refreshments - Enjoy snacks and drinks catered by Bosa Foods during the break.
Accessible Event
- Lobby Space & Open Seating: Bring the kids along, with comfortable theatre seating and an open lobby right outside, stepping out for a moment is quick and easy
- Fully Accessible & Inclusive Venue: The theatre features step-free wheelchair seating so everyone can participate comfortably
- Working on ASL Translators and voice to text on screen subtitles for the hearing impaired
